Epistimis is all about privacy – and that starts with you. We keep our site analytics free. If you are curious and want to just browse, that’s fine. Your secret is safe – even from us. 

If you are interested enough to sign up, we’ll keep your contact info for that purpose only. We may use a service provider such as Mailchimp for emailed newsletters. If we do, that provider will receive only the supplied email address – and only for that purpose.  

If you license EMT from us, we’ll keep your contact and billing info so we can bill you and provide support. You can cancel at any time.  

You can also ask us for a list of everything we’ve done with your contact info. We’ll respond within 30 days.  

And you can ask us to delete your data. Unless we are required by law to keep your records longer, we will delete them within 60 days. We will also respond to you indicating the number of records we found and when they were deleted.
